Examples of our reACT™ services
Example 1: An employee who was diagnosed with breast cancer and held a managerial role overseeing a team of 12. The employer reached out to us for assistance and we quickly began providing guidance to her supervisor on how to offer support, address expectations, navigate her return to work, and support the team members. In addition, we conducted a training session for the team to educate them on what to expect, how to provide support, and how to effectively support each other.
Example 2: An employee that worked in administration was a caregiver to their wife who was recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. The organisation was given advice on providing support, managing expectations, balancing work responsibilities, and offering grief assistance to all employees through our specialist partners.
